Lumentide is made by SonicDMG Games ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we do with your information when you play the game, visit playlumentide.com, or contact us. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we do not sell anything about you.

The game

• Lumentide does not require an account with us, and we do not operate game servers.
• Your saves, settings, and progress are stored locally on your own device. We cannot read them.
• The game does not include advertising, tracking, or analytics software, and does not send us gameplay data.
• If you buy or run Lumentide through Steam, Valve handles the purchase, your account, and any Steam features such as cloud saves, playtime, and achievements. That data is governed by the Steam Privacy Policy, not this one.

This website

• playlumentide.com is a static site hosted by GitHub Pages. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies.
• GitHub records standard server logs, including IP addresses, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
• Some pages link to third-party services such as Steam and Discord. Once you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply.

Contacting us

• If you email support@playlumentide.com, we receive your address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Our mail is hosted by Google Workspace.
• If you join our Discord, your participation is governed by Discord's privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@playlumentide.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.

Children

Lumentide is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced on our Discord.
